Pastor

Pastor Tom
was born in Seattle, Washington and grew up just out
side of there in the town of Federal Way where he was very active in
his
Presbyterian Church.
At the end of high school, Tom
went into the US Navy where he became
part of the Serviceman’s Center, an outreach ministry of
the Southern Baptist Church in San Diego. After leaving
the military, he headed to Grand Rapids Michigan where
he became a member in the Congregational Church and
attended the Grand Rapids School of Bible and Music.
Being motivated by his aunt and mother, Tom
soon left the school and bounced from church to church,
landing in Kalispell, Montana. It was here that God used
Tom for the first time to minister to others.
Eventually Tom came back to Washington and, on his
way, the Lord spoke to him in a vision. God told
him
that he would be a servant unto His people.
Soon Tom met his lovely wife, Nancy and together they
moved to Pahrump, Nevada. Two weeks later
the Lord sent His vision again and they began to lead
several Bible studies. Tom became a lay chaplain and
not long after, the vision came for the third time.
Following God’s directions they moved to another church,
where he was ordained and served for 3 years as an
Associate Pastor before starting Truth In Life
Ministries International. Tom and Nancy have spent
much of their time traveling and spreading the
Good News of Jesus Christ to any and all who’ll listen
along the way. Tom is now Lead Pastor of Truth In Life
Church and co-founder of the Truth In Life School of
Ministry, both in Pahrump Nevada.
Will
Zak
Associate Pastor

Pastor
Will was born into a large Christian family. His
father was Catholic and, his mother stood beside him (in
agreement) concerning church and raising six children in
the church.
Will
spent five years in Parochial School; was baptized and
confirmed Catholic. After graduating High School he
spent six years in the Navy on a large oilier in Viet
Nam. where he was married and divorced during his tour.
Pastor
Will found his life in disarray for 35 years until our
Father in Heaven sent him a wonderful woman and, with
much help from a close Christian brother led Will back
to Christ. Since then God has changed his purpose in
life. First, He was shown brotherly love and was a part
of a help ministry. For a season he was an usher,
greeter, and secretary at Body of Christ's
Non-denominational Church in Pacific, Washington. While
there, Will was accepted as a student in Ministry
Training Class. After 11 months of class, he asked God
to use him in the ministry. His thoughts were as a
missionary in Africa or South America serving as a
support team member on a Mercy Ship, i.e., hospital
ship. As always, God had a more explicit idea for
Will and his wife Jeanie. On a visit to a Navy Ship
Reunion they were introduced to Pastor Tom and his wife
Nancy. It was then that they knew that God's plan was
for them to move to Pahrump, Nevada, and serve as
Assistant Pastor at Truth In Life Ministries
International as well as the Director of their School of
Ministry and other needs of support. Will and Jeanie
are also the Chaplain in the local Christian Motorcycle
ministry and the Oasis Food Ministry Outreach.
